I highly recommend Advocate 4 Elderly without hesitation. We have worked with Advocate 4 Elderly for over a year. Consistently they have been reliable and trustworthy while providing care with compassion and dignity. When they accompany a resident to a medical appointment or a visit to the ER, I am relieved and completely confident our residents will have an actual advocate while there. A voice until they get back.  

Hiring Advocate 4 Elderly was the best thing I ever did for my husband and myself! Getting him to and from all those appointments when I no longer could was such a weight off my shoulders. He got there on time, all my questions were answered and I got reports so I was always in the loop. The arranged “date nights” for us were the best of all, transporting us to and from our favorite places will be cherished forever.  

Living several states away, it’s difficult for me to give my sister the attention she requires and deserves. For over 3 years, Advocate 4 Elderly has been an essential life line in managing my sister’s needs (running errands with her, taking her to lunch, church services, medical appointments & everything in-between).   Having her in their care gives me an enormous peace of mind.  

To say this company is a strong advocate for their clients with only the clients best interests in mind is putting it mildly. There is an unyielding determination in the face of adversity when it comes to making sure the clients get what they deserve.   

Today the ability to schedule even an important appointment with a doctor’s office is challenging; it’s weeks and sometimes months out. Missing that appointment due to unreliable transportation compounds the problem.  Using a company like Advocate 4 Elderly removes this problem. Having an actual advocate in the appointment asking questions the family needs answered and reporting back, provides a substantial higher level of care.   

With staff shortages today, anyone going into the ER, should take an advocate, especially if that person is cognitively impaired! I personally know of an elderly man who was in an ER, and his bed was put in a public hallway for over 24 hours with no call button. Advocate for Elderly will meet the transport vehicle even in the middle of the night at the ER and stay with clients until family arrives or they are admitted or released.
